tsita zee is a Berlin-based composer, producer and audio/visual artist.

Musically she's drawn to ethereal and psychedelic textures as much as to elegance and clarity of classical compositions. Coming from a love for trip hop and techno she not only appreciates the immediacy of a good beat but is also curious about beats as part of the melody.

Artificial Dreaming, her debut LP, wants to capture these seemingly contradictory influences. Central to this project is the creative tension between song structure and vivid experimentation, overflowing with ideas and detail. The result is a playful, yet melancholic collection of instrumental songs that paint a soundtrack-like atmosphere, seducing the listener into a peculiar dreamscape.

To be released on the 24th of May 2024.
